It is the skill and the coordination of the puppeteers creating highly animated, life-like movements that are memorising. When the performance starts, you see the puppeteers moving in perfect unison with each other and the puppet, so that they become at one with the puppet then they start disappearing from your consciousness with the result that the puppets themselves dominate. Absolutely spell bounding is the only way to describe the performance. The first time 2 years ago we missed the puppet show. This time we were in luck. The puppets came to life through the skill of the puppeteers, all masked and dressed in black. After the performance the puppets engaged with their audience. Our granddaughter and other children were engaged by the puppets for hugs and fun. Such a special experience in Bangkok.<br \/>\nThe Artist&#8217;s house is wonderful to visit, a cool spot on the Khlong. It&#8217;s delightful to see the timber houses on stilts and the passing boat traffic and watch it all from the verandah of the coffee shop.
