It&#8217;s unique combination of history and pure <i>right out there<\/i> makes it a fun place to hang out for a couple of days&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p><center><a href=\"http:\/\/photo.blogpressapp.com\/show_photo.php?p=12\/10\/28\/9.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/photo.blogpressapp.com\/photos\/12\/10\/28\/s_9.jpg?resize=450%2C566\" border=\"0\" width=\"450\" height=\"566\" style=\"margin:5px\" \/><\/a><\/center><\/p>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bristolzoo.org.uk\/wow-gorillas\">Wow! Gorillas<\/a> in Clifton village<br \/>The old and the ultra modern sit well side by side in Bristol.  On one hand we have outside our docklands door <b>Brunels SS Great Britain <\/b>the worlds first great ocean liner &#8211; now nestled in a dry dock under the watchful eye of the brightly colored terrace houses of Hotwells.<br \/>A signpost shows <b>Melbourne is 12,429 nautical miles away<\/b>; a voyage taking the 630 passengers and animals 83 days in 1852. <br \/>So the Tim&#8217;s forthcoming return at Christmas &#8211; 30 hours on China Southern should be a breeze!<\/p>\n<p><center><a href=\"http:\/\/photo.blogpressapp.com\/show_photo.php?p=12\/10\/27\/2629.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/photo.blogpressapp.com\/photos\/12\/10\/27\/s_2629.jpg?resize=345%2C400\" border=\"0\" width=\"345\" height=\"400\" style=\"margin:5px\" \/><\/a><\/center><\/p>\n<p><b>See No Evil.<\/b><br \/>On the other hand, at the urban cutting edge of modernism is the Nelson Street Art in Bristol city centre. Ironically the ongoing debate as to whether Bankys work is street art or vandalism finds Love Rat below, now with splashes of red paint&#8230;.
