we&#8217;re off to the 1000 Steps as punishment for a life of excess! &nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">Every Monday morning I meet with my 25++&nbsp;friends&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">for our Monday motivational hour.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">The Twenty-Five&nbsp;++ group was formed back in September last year<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">with the target to lose twenty-five kilos between us.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">We&#8217;re well over this, and should really be renamed as the 50++ Group,<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">but sensitive to the fact that this may be misconstrued as our ages,<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">we are reluctant to change!<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/-cjRwvdS2gUM\/U4xRQ2mfdvI\/AAAAAAAACuw\/RsA1DQib2J8\/s1600\/1000steps1.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\"  style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" border=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/-cjRwvdS2gUM\/U4xRQ2mfdvI\/AAAAAAAACuw\/RsA1DQib2J8\/s1600\/1000steps1.jpg?resize=640%2C640\" height=\"640\" width=\"640\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">We took our scales with us for our weekly weigh-in,<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">but ran into a problem as the car park is on quite a slope<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">and was not giving us accurate readings!<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">It was actually seriously under reading, which some of we didn&#8217;t really see as too great a problem but&#8230;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">in the spirit of accuracy and consistency&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">we found a solution,&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">well sort of&#8230;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">The only completely flat area was on top of a picnic table.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">Of course as intelligent Women&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;none of us would be dumb enough to weigh-in fully dressed.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">Do you know how much all those clothes and gym shoes weigh??<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">BUT it&#8217;s day two of Winter, so we have a few layers to take off&#8230;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">So there we are stripping off in the car park<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">and dancing around trying not to get our socks wet&#8230;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">So not really drawing that much attention to ourselves&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">until we get up on the table,<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">squealing with delight, or despair, according to the reading!<\/p>\n<table align=\"center\" cellpadding=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\" style=\"margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"text-align: center;\"><a \/><\/a><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"text-align: center;\">Plenty of hands to help catch anyone falling off the table!<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">Now to set the scene, the 1000 steps is a hard physical challenge<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">and extremely popular with mega fit bodies.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">Walkers come from miles around to take the challenge<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">of climbing up through the beautiful Australian Bush.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">We must have looked quite a sight.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">After our climb which I will share with you more tomorrow<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">we gathered for a recovery coffee at Handorf&#8217;s Fine Chocolates in Montrose<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">The waitress brings us our coffee and then offers us a complimentary chocolate.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">Perfect !<\/p>\n<table align=\"center\" cellpadding=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\" style=\"margin-left:
