text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">Monday is a public holiday and it&#8217;s a popular weekend to get away.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">We drove through torrential rain,&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">so it was great to arrive to a sunny afternoon.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/-Mk6KpjdnEcY\/U5MNkdIJHPI\/AAAAAAAAC5U\/t2teteaI7Zo\/s1600\/CC7.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\"  style=\"margin-left: 1em; text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/-ucXrepHNNik\/U5L8FXMH9GI\/AAAAAAAAC4E\/AVz4gjijPFM\/s1600\/CC2.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\"  style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" border=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/-ucXrepHNNik\/U5L8FXMH9GI\/AAAAAAAAC4E\/AVz4gjijPFM\/s1600\/CC2.jpg?resize=584%2C640\" height=\"640\" width=\"584\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">We park at the Blairgowerie Yacht club and walk left towards Sorrento<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">along the sheltered front beach of Port Phillip Bay.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">We soon get to the dog off lead area and it&#8217;s doggie heaven.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/-LGqJ4hr4VIk\/U5MF9WNZJoI\/AAAAAAAAC4g\/wH1tvhX7rSk\/s1600\/CC4.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\"  style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" border=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/-LGqJ4hr4VIk\/U5MF9WNZJoI\/AAAAAAAAC4g\/wH1tvhX7rSk\/s1600\/CC4.jpg?resize=518%2C640\" height=\"640\" width=\"518\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">Dog walking at the beach is getting increasingly difficult,<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">several of the ocean beaches near us,&nbsp;<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">restrict dog access to&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">before 9am,&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">and then only on a lead.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">There is much concern to protect wildlife in the area,<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">especially the Hooded Plovers.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/-ehPX6cIhhno\/U5MJ9XVa3qI\/AAAAAAAAC5I\/NHfBqTxgNj4\/s1600\/CC6.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\"  style=\"margin-left: 1em;
