who likes beetroot but hates cooking,<\/span><\/i><\/div>\n

who loves her garden<\/b>, the changing seasons.<\/i>
and listening to the little birds sing.<\/i>

A Mother Wren<\/b> <\/i>who in a previous generation<\/span><\/i>
would probably be an empty nester <\/b>by now.<\/span><\/i>
Even though two of the three wrenlets <\/span><\/i>
flew the nest to the USA and Africa last year<\/span><\/i>
they seem to return for an endless student life <\/span><\/i>
… and when out of money.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
Travel is in their DNA.<\/span><\/i><\/div>\n

<\/i>I blame it all on their father.<\/i><\/div>\n
We have been together 30 years this year.<\/span><\/i><\/div>\n

I only add this in case he is reading this (unlikely) <\/span><\/i><\/div>\n
to prompt a nice romantic trip away somewhere…<\/span><\/i>

As DH never reads this blog I can ‘out’ him and show Mr Wren in action<\/span><\/i>
erm I’m wishing now I had tidied the kitchen first,<\/span><\/i><\/div>\n
He is an ironer by trade<\/span><\/i><\/div>\n
and this is his favourite party trick.<\/span><\/i><\/div>\n
He waits for a full house and then gets out his ironing board.<\/span><\/i><\/div>\n
He then recounts how I said all those years ago <\/span><\/i><\/div>\n
how I was never going to iron for any man…<\/span><\/i>

We offer our house for Homestays<\/b><\/span><\/i><\/div>\n
Last year we had eleven Japanese students visiting, <\/span><\/i><\/div>\n
 and two Chinese teachers.<\/span><\/i><\/div>\n
The Japanese girls love Mr Wren’s ironing party trick<\/span><\/i><\/div>\n
Apparently it is rare for Japanese men to iron.<\/span><\/i><\/div>\n
They take lots of photos of him with the iron!<\/span><\/i><\/div>\n
He is quite a star on Asian Facebook.<\/span><\/i>

our <\/span><\/i>six year old Cavoodle<\/span><\/i>?<\/span><\/i>
He is <\/span><\/i>the only family member<\/span><\/i>
 I have managed to fully train for blog photos<\/span><\/i>.<\/b><\/span><\/i>

Mutt, the cute Teddy Bear <\/span><\/i>and park wimp, <\/span><\/i><\/div>\n

He is only<\/span><\/i> miserable when the suitcases come out…<\/span><\/i><\/div>\n
